WRC students in 2016- take the time to learn the guidelines for young people 13-17 and adults 18-65.
TIPS
Make a poster;
Put it somewhere you will see it regularly;
Test yourself;
Get someone to test you;
Remember the guidelines for physical activity behaviour and sedentary behaviour;
Guidelines are aimed to increase health benefits.
