This section of the course was not done very well by

WRC students in 2016- take the time to learn the guidelines for young people 13-17 and adults 18-65.

TIPS

  • Make a poster;

  • Put it somewhere you will see it regularly;

  • Test yourself;

  • Get someone to test you;

  • Remember the guidelines for physical activity behaviour and sedentary behaviour;

  • Guidelines are aimed to increase health benefits.
